Introducing to you Mr. Subhasis Pattnaik, Founder and Director of Leaps On Beats. He with all his great efforts have gained tremendous success. Despite of getting a good settled job in big IT companies, he decided to quit and follow his passion. Now he is one of the renowned dance choreographer and mentor in Odisha.
He believes in holistic development of the students. According to him dance helps in the overall growth of an individual. His 8 years of teaching experience has helped him to develop a unique style of teaching (presenting the choreography like a story) especially amongst the kids.

Nivedita Bala
Introducing to you Ms. Nivedita Bala, Co-Founder of Leaps On Beats. She from her childhood had great passion towards dancing. She started learning Kathak from the age 12 years. In her young age she won many state and national level competition. She always had a vision creating a dance centre where she could offer world class training centre for dancers or non-dancers in a friendly environment to spread the knowledge of dance in Odisha.
“Dancing is a poetic depiction of the soul through motion,” is a quote that Nivedita stands by wholeheartedly.
